After more than a year of cooperation, we agreed on the acquisition of Bettaroe Robotics, originally owned by Mr. René Horejsek. Through KVADOS GROUP, the KVADOS group acquired a 100% stake in Bettaroe Robotics.
We are a major supplier of solutions for controlled warehouses, and with our own product, mySTOCK® WMS, we are among the leaders in the field of logistics and production operations management. In recent years, we have also been focusing on solutions for logistics automation and robotization. Thanks to the acquisition of Bettaroe Robotics, we will strengthen our position in the supply of comprehensive robotic solutions and robotization technologies for logistics. At the same time, we will gain distribution representation for the entire European Union for the import of AGV autonomous forklifts and for solutions focused on the handling of crates and cartons supplied by HAI Robotics.
Bettaroe Robotics will remain an independent company within the group KVADOS group and, together with another subsidiary, KVADOS Robotics, will develop its distribution portfolio and range of robotic solutions and technologies, including the supply of robots for the GS Robotics brand, for security, and representation of the Cubiscan brand. Cooperation will also continue with Bettaroe Robotics CEO Tomáš Kochaníček, who is one of the leading experts on robotics in the Czech Republic. Tomáš Kochaníček has become part of the KVADOS group’s senior management team.
Thanks to its connection with KVADOS, Bettaroe Robotics gains the backing of a major software producer and integrator of complex logistics solutions. The company’s own robotics testing center, currently under construction, will offer unique conditions for development, research, and presentation.
