The last few months have been marked by extraordinary demand for our WMS, and focusing our attention on full automation and robotization of warehouses was just another natural step. Strategic investments in companies operating in the field of robotization have brought us new opportunities for sharing know-how and a broader market reach.
The number of implemented KVADOS solutions mySTOCK® WMS is growing significantly every quarter. The focus on warehouse robotization has brought new requirements for expanding competencies and specialists in design, installation, and subsequent service. That is why we at KVADOS have decided to accelerate our growth through acquisitions and have recently made several strategic investments in companies operating in the field of robotization and industrial automation. The acquired companies will continue to operate independently under the leadership of their current management, will utilize the synergies of sharing knowledge and experience, and, above all, will cooperate in the delivery of comprehensive solutions within the newly formed KVADOS GROUP.
New acquisitions are carried out by the investment company KVADOS Holding, a.s.. The KVADOS GROUP has already been joined by JANKA Radotín, a.s., which focuses on the design, manufacture, and servicing of ventilation and industrial cooling systems. The company BETTAROE Robotics s.r.o. has recently joined the group, supplying facility robots and bringing with it expertise and contacts for the supply of robotics solutions for logistics, which are now concentrated in the company KVADOS Robotics s.r.o..
