The KVADOS GROUP is constantly growing and welcoming new companies into its ranks. The need to provide comprehensive robot servicing has proven to be a key factor in the delivery of automation solutions. The acquisition of COMTRIX and Průmyslová automatizace Czechia has enabled further expansion of competencies. With the addition of DERUTEX, the group now has its own team for the implementation of racking systems and other warehouse technologies.
PAC Technology
COMTRIX s.r.o. and Průmyslová automatizace Czechia s.r.o. will continue to operate independently, but for the sake of simplifying management, they will be merged into a single company with the new name PAC Technology s.r.o. KVADOS thus gains experienced colleagues who have knowledge in the field of industrial automation, design and construction, as well as in the implementation of complete automated workplaces or single-purpose machines. The group will now be able to use its own capacities to implement low-voltage and telecommunications distribution systems, including the construction of Wi-Fi networks in manufacturing and logistics operations. These can be supplemented with camera systems or EZS or EPS systems for monitoring, management, and comprehensive computer technology services for our clients.

After scheduled training, the new member of the KVADOS GROUP will take over responsibility for service support for all supplied robotic solutions, including overlap into the facility of robots distributed and supplied by our subsidiary BETTAROE Robotics. Experience in operating robotic arms will be used to integrate them into the portfolio of logistics solutions for palletizing, depalletizing, or automated handling of goods in shipping.
DERUTEX
By acquiring an equity stake in DERUTEX s.r.o., the KVADOS GROUP gains the capacity to design and construct its own large-scale logistics solutions. Thanks to DERUTEX, it will have its own team for designing racking systems, conveyors, and mezzanines for deploying robots in warehouses, integrating them with picking workstations, and comprehensively designing larger robotized workstations.
