Robots in real operation
SHOWROOM
Come and see for yourself.
Welcome to the warehouse of the future
Are you interested in modern logistics technologies, automation, and robotics? Then don’t hesitate to visit our logistics innovation showroom, the only one of its kind in Czechia. Here you can see autonomous robots working in real operation, quietly and reliably not only searching for goods, but also loading, transporting, and unloading them—both indoors and outdoors. Only with us will you find the latest technologies and innovations in one place and in real operation!
What robotic technologies will you see here?
During a tour of our 2,000 m² showroom, we will show you several types of technologies that we can also install in your warehouse if you are interested.
Automatic pallet warehouse
The future of pallet storage is a high-density automated pallet warehouse with 4D Shuttle technology. The warehouse is operated by robots that move in all directions and on all floors, assisted by elevators that can be used by the robots themselves or only by pallets or gitterboxes. The entire concept is very flexible; performance can be easily increased by adding more robots and elevators, and capacity can be expanded by adding more pallet positions.
Automatic robot for working with crates or cartons
ACR robots offer solutions for intelligent transport, storage, and picking of multiple containers at once. The highly efficient Goods-to-Person solution features anti-collision sensors, and the robot offers savings in warehouse space, time, and personnel costs with a fast return on investment.
Autonomous pallet robot
A logistics robot that is not only automatic but also autonomous. It works independently and without human intervention. It does not receive instructions from a superior ERP system or WMS and does not need to be integrated into the customer’s IT infrastructure. It can be put into operation in a matter of hours.
Automatic pallet robots
Automatic robots ideal for working in fleets and in combination with different categories. In practical demonstrations in the showroom, you can see the Palletjack working with pallets on the ground alongside larger robots such as the Stacker or Forklift, which lift pallets to a height.
Automated robotic warehouse in real operation
Modifiable mobile racks (racks) are transported by an AGV robot to the worker’s location. They speed up the flow of materials across a commercial or logistics company. They enable efficient order picking and significantly reduce the need for warehouse workers.
Underride robot for handling racks, gitterboxes, or pallets
AMRs (automatic mobile robots) enable the handling of a range of handling units (racks, gitterboxes, pallets, etc.) and smooth operation with other technologies. They are navigated using magnetic tape, QR codes, or advanced laser or natural navigation. Employee safety in the workplace is ensured by sensors that allow the robot to stop or bypass obstacles.
Robotic arm for picking
The picking area can also be automated using robotic arms. Picking is carried out from crate to crate thanks to a vision system that recognizes items in the crate. The AI arm function helps minimize errors and speed up processes in a dynamic warehouse environment. In the showroom, you will see a collaborative robot in the Goods to Person concept with crates.
Autonomous robotic assistant
The robot is equipped with shelves on which it is possible to handle individual items or crates. It is a highly flexible, efficient, and autonomous assistant, and tasks are assigned to it via a tablet. Cooperation with this robot optimizes waiting times in warehouses or production facilities and ensures the safe transfer of goods and materials to where they are needed.
Precise automated measurement and weighing
Products in the Dimensioning category measure objects of any shape, including packages. Using our myFABER® Dimensioning application, it is possible to enter not only the measured values but also the type of packaging, the number of items in the package, and take photos, all on a single screen. The data obtained can then be sent to a higher-level WMS, ERP, or e-shop system.
Navigation using light
Pick to Light, or light navigation, is state-of-the-art technology that makes work easier for warehouse staff. Pick to Light can be installed both in the warehouse and at the picking station where orders are assembled. A laser pointer directs the worker where to go and which goods to pick. When completing orders, the light signal shows the worker where the goods are located by illuminating the relevant shelf position.
Cleaning robots
The autonomous cleaning robot thoroughly cleans all types of floors, both indoors and outdoors. Dust, dirt, and grease are no obstacle for it. It charges itself and refills its own water supply.
Come and visit us without obligation!
The showroom tour includes not only a presentation of individual technologies, robots, their parameters, possibilities, and profitability of their use, but also, of course, space for any questions you may have. Don’t hesitate to come and see us without any obligation!
