The advantages of this series are its size, quality of workmanship, and high flexibility. An I/O extension is also available, which, among other things, enables interaction with doors, robotic arms, and elevators.
The robots are integrated into the Kollmorgen platform, allowing them to be combined with other mobile devices on this platform, which, when integrated with myFABER® G2S software, offers unique integration of multiple logistics technologies into a single cooperative platform.

The myFABER® PalletJack X1 logistics robot is the first robot on the market that is not only automatic but also autonomous. It works independently, without human intervention, and does not need to be integrated into existing infrastructure to operate. It does not receive instructions from a superior ERP or WMS system, nor does it need to be integrated into the customer’s IT and communication infrastructure. Thanks to this, it can be put into operation in a matter of hours. It belongs to the OOTB (Out-of-the-box) category, which means that it works right out of the box from the manufacturer.
The robot is capable of handling loads weighing up to 1,500 kg with a lift of 21 cm. It is slightly larger than a EURO pallet and is capable of handling pallets in aisles with a width of 220 cm. It moves at speeds of up to 1.2 m/s not only forwards and backwards, but can also move in curves.
The robot moves around the space thanks to an embedded spatial map and laser and LIDAR navigation. This means that you do not need to install any magnetic tapes, QR code stickers, etc. for the robot to operate.
The robot has a whole range of safety features and sensors for 360-degree protection, which prevent collisions with operators or obstacles in the area. It can avoid obstacles and drive around them. It stores pallets with an accuracy of 5 mm and can also handle pallet storage at an angle of 10 degrees.
Movement control and robot summoning are possible using external tablets. Several such tablets can be placed in operation, allowing the robot to serve multiple locations or zones. Multiple X1 robots can be installed in warehouse operations, working independently and each performing its own set tasks and routes.
