This robot can store, pick, and move goods up to 3.6 m high with a maximum load capacity of 250 kg, enabling efficient use of vertical storage space. Its ability to handle up to five containers simultaneously and its flexibility in adapting to the size of these containers (360-600 mm x 360-500 mm x 50-600 mm) increase the productivity of warehouse operations. The robot is equipped with an autonomous IMU navigation and DM code system, ensuring smooth and safe operation. We are able to integrate this robot with a variety of different types of racks, conveyors, and other docking equipment.
The myFABER® HaiPick A3 robot works in confined spaces
This model is highly adaptable thanks to its ability to move in all directions and its compact size (1,650 mm x 900 mm x 3,930 mm). This flexibility allows the robot to work effectively even in tight spaces with a minimum aisle width of 1 m. Safety features include zone obstacle avoidance, an anti-collision mechanism, and an audible and visual alarm, ensuring safe operation of the robot.
A full charge in 1 hour provides almost continuous operation
With a speed of 1.57 m/s, which the myFABER® HaiPick A3-G robot maintains both with and without a load, this model is designed for continuous operation. Its 48 V, 42 Ah battery allows the robot to operate for up to 6.5 hours, and thanks to its fast 1-hour recharge time, it is quickly ready for further deployment. The robot’s performance is also supported by 5 GHz 802.11n WiFi communication, ensuring seamless and efficient integration into existing systems.
