This robot can handle crates measuring (300-400)*(200-300)*(105-330) mm and has a maximum height of 3,200 mm. This enables it to serve even taller racks, which is necessary in many warehouses for efficient use of vertical space. The minimum aisle width required for the robot to move is 920 mm, which allows it to be used even in space-constrained conditions.

High load capacity is a major advantage

The myFABER® HaiPick A42-M robot weighs 380 kg and has a load capacity of up to 180 kg, which allows it to handle heavier containers and goods. Navigation is provided by DM codes and IMU, ensuring precise and safe movement within the warehouse. The robot is also equipped with an anti-collision mechanism, zone obstacle avoidance and deceleration, as well as an audible and visual alarm to increase safety during operation. These safety features minimize the risk of accidents and damage to goods.

Operating and charging specifications

In terms of operating parameters, the myFABER® HaiPick A42-M achieves a travel speed of up to 1.8 m/s without load, which contributes to fast picking and transporting goods.
