One of the most important parameters of the HaiPick A42-X robot is its ability to handle up to six crates at once, which significantly increases the speed and efficiency of picking. The robot’s maximum load capacity is 300 kg, which allows it to handle heavy and bulky items. The robot is equipped with an advanced navigation system based on DM codes and IMU, which guarantees precise and safe movements within the warehouse. In addition, it can operate in a minimum aisle width of just 1375 mm, enabling high-density storage.
Pick height and safety
HaiPick A42-X is capable of operating at various heights, with a maximum picking height of up to 5200 mm for ACR and 4000 mm for AMR, allowing the entire vertical space of the warehouse to be utilized. The robot is also equipped with several safety mechanisms, including an anti-collision system, zone avoidance of obstacles, and audible and visual alarms, thereby increasing safety for both the warehouse itself and its workers.
Efficiency and endurance: long battery life and fast charging
HaiPick A42-X is designed for long shifts with an operating time of up to 6.5 hours on a single charge. Charging time is only 1 hour, allowing for quick resumption of operation and minimization of downtime. The battery capacity is 48V and 42Ah, ensuring long-term and stable performance. With a speed of movement without load of up to 1.2 m/s, this robot is the ideal solution for warehouses that require high speed and flexibility of operations.
