One of the main attractions of the HaiPick A42T-L is its ability to handle containers of various sizes. This robot weighs between 900 and 950 kg and can carry up to 270 kg of cargo. With the ability to move up to eight containers at once and a speed of movement without load of 1.5 m/s, it is a powerful assistant for any warehouse. Navigation using DM codes and IMU ensures precise and efficient control of the robot’s movement.
Safety and operational efficiency
Safety is one of the key aspects of the HaiPick A42T-L. The robot is equipped with an anti-collision mechanism, zone obstacle avoidance and deceleration, as well as audible and visual alarms. These measures ensure safe operation and minimize the risk of accidents. The robot’s battery capacity is 48 V, with a choice between 62 Ah for ACR or 42 Ah for AMR, allowing for up to 9.7 hours of operation for ACR and 6 hours for AMR. The charging time is only 1 hour, ensuring high robot availability for continuous operation.
Flexibility and space efficiency
Thanks to its compact size and ability to move in all directions, the HaiPick A42T-L robot significantly increases storage density. The minimum width of the aisle required by the robot is only 1,160 mm, which allows for more efficient use of storage space.
