Measurements can be taken at high conveyor speeds, ensuring efficiency even under the heaviest workloads. myFABER® MT TLX Basic is equipped with automatic object spacing, three-dimensional tracking of packages and barcodes, ensuring accurate data even when packages are not well separated. This system is modular and offers various configurations for barcode scanners, allowing it to be tailored to specific customer needs. In addition, it is compatible with existing data and conveyor systems, allowing for easy integration without the need for major modifications.

 

 

Throughput of up to 2,000 packages per hour

The device offers high accuracy dimension measurement with a tolerance of ±5 mm for length and width and ±2 mm for height. Weight accuracy is ±20 g or ±50 g, with a weight range from 0 to 80 kg. The system throughput is up to 2,000 packages per hour, depending on the speed, spacing, and length of the packages. myFABER® MT TLX Basic is designed for operation at temperatures from 0 to 40°C and supports belt speeds of up to 60 m/min. OIML certification and legal for trade according to international and local approval regulations ensure that the system meets all necessary standards and regulations. This system is globally supported and offers central monitoring of multiple systems, remote diagnostics, and efficient service to ensure maximum operational availability.
