myFABER® Palletjack X1
The myFABER® Palletjack X1 autonomous logistics robot completely changes the way pallets are handled in warehouses and distribution centers. It is designed to independently handle loads of up to 2,000 kg and lift heights of up to 21 cm. Its movement speed of up to 1.2 m/s also significantly increases efficiency and reduces labor costs. The operation and management of the myFABER® Palletjack X1 robot are designed with an emphasis on user-friendliness and adaptability, and communication via Wi-Fi, 4G/5G is supported.

Thanks to its advanced laser and LIDAR SLAM navigation, the robot requires minimal or no changes to the existing infrastructure, enabling rapid deployment and integration. It does not receive instructions from a superior ERP or WMS system, nor does it need to be integrated into the customer’s IT and communication infrastructure. It belongs to the OOTB (Out-of-the-box) category, which means that it works right out of the box. In addition, thanks to the automatic charging system, the robot does not require manual intervention for recharging, thus increasing its autonomy and ability to operate continuously.
Easy handling of pallets
Another important feature of the Palletjack X1 robot is its ability to flexibly recognize and accurately store pallets. The robot is equipped with a system that allows it to detect the position of a pallet with a deviation of up to ±15 cm and the angle of storage with a tolerance of up to ±10°.
The robot can be controlled using external tablets, allowing operators to respond flexibly to changing needs within warehouse operations. The system allows for multi-scenario operation and task branching, which increases its versatility.
360° protection security features and more
Reliable operation of the Palletjack X1 without the risk of collision with the operator or other obstacles is ensured by a number of safety features. These include stereo obstacle avoidance, anti-collision detection on the fork, emergency stop button, audible and visual warnings, and HMI.
Highly accurate pallet storage and handling reduces the possibility of damage to goods. The Palletjack X1 also barely exceeds the dimensions of the EURO pallet itself and is capable of handling pallets in aisles measuring 220 cm.
