myFABER® LED navigation directly on the shelves

 

This “light snake” installed on shelves with goods shows warehouse workers exactly where to pick goods and in what quantity. Thanks to this device, orientation in the warehouse is completely simple and fast. One of the key benefits of myFABER® LED navigation is its easy maintenance. When changing the layout of picking positions, no hardware modifications are necessary—all you need to do is reconfigure the software. Each LED can be controlled individually, allowing specific positions to be displayed for different tasks, such as loading kit trolleys. In addition, each operator can be assigned a different color, which makes it easier for multiple people to work at the same time.

This light indicator allows warehouse workers to immediately recognize where to reach for picking or storing goods, which significantly simplifies and speeds up processes. It is installed on a structure above the shelves and receives instructions from the WMS that determine where the light should shine. It is an ideal component for dynamic warehouses where the positions and sizes of items change frequently. The system rotates horizontally up to 360° and vertically up to 180°, allowing it to be adapted to any warehouse needs.

Pick to Light buttons are an effective tool for simplifying picking processes in warehouses. Thanks to colored lights that indicate the correct position or task, they enable operators to orient themselves quickly and accurately. Models are available with or without a display, in horizontal or vertical versions, making it easy to adapt them to the specific needs of the warehouse. The buttons are easy to install, add, and remove from shelves, allowing for flexible layout adjustments.
