With a load capacity of up to 1,000 kg and a maximum lifting speed of 135 mm/s with a load, this robot is capable of efficiently handling heavy pallets. Thanks to advanced Laser SLAM navigation and positioning accuracy of ±10 mm; ±1°, high efficiency and safety of operations are ensured. The robot also offers flexible motion control and is capable of reaching a maximum speed of 1.2 m/s without load, enabling fast and smooth operation in the warehouse.
myFABER® Stacker F4 1000 is equipped with multiple safety protections
Safety is a critical aspect of process automation. Laser and infrared obstacle avoidance ensures safe operation even in densely populated warehouses. The robot’s adaptability is ensured by its ability to work in narrow aisles with a minimum width of 2 m and, thanks to its robust construction with dimensions of 1640*990*1990 mm, it can be easily integrated into a variety of working environments.
Robot with intelligent power management
With an integrated power management system and autonomous charging with a battery capacity of 48 V 44 Ah, the myFABER® F4 1000 charges in 2 hours. This gives the robot a long operating time with low energy consumption. This robot is also equipped with wireless communication for easy roaming in Wi-Fi covered areas, which increases its operational flexibility and enables efficient resource management in the warehouse.
