How myFABER Spider speeds up picking and optimizes warehouse space utilization

myFABER Spider is designed as a flexible ecosystem. It combines 2D Spider, 4D Spider, and mini AMR Spider T40. Together, these robots handle the storage and picking of KLT plastic containers and paper cartons.

Thanks to its modular architecture, the system can operate even where traditional automation solutions have limitations:

• in narrow streets,
• in multi-level shelving systems,
• at heights of up to 20 meters,
• with standard and non-standard box types,

Spider is designed for automated storage and retrieval of plastic crates and cartons. With its ability to operate in narrow aisles, multi-level racking systems, and intelligent navigation support, it can increase storage density, accelerate material flow, and reduce operating costs. It is available in 2D Spider, 4D Spider, and compact AMR Spider T40 variants, which can be combined according to the specific needs of individual warehouses.

The event will also feature the myFABER® AGV 1000, an autonomous truck with a load capacity of up to 1,000 kg, and the myFABER® Stacker F4 1000, designed for efficient pallet handling even in demanding operating conditions.

The program will also feature robotic cleaning machines from BETTAROE Robotics: PUDU MT1 Max, Ecobot Beetle, Ecobot Omnie, and Ecobot Phantas. These technologies demonstrate how automated logistics and facility management can be combined into a single functional unit.

We are pleased to announce that we have won two prestigious first places in the categories “Best Logistics Project of 2024” and “Best Logistics Product of 2024.” These awards were presented to us by Jaroslav Bazala, President of the Logistics Academy, confirming the quality of our solutions.

Revolution in logistics: The SENCO Příbram project

First place in the Best Logistics Project of 2024 category

Our goal was to modernize and optimize their warehouse capacities. We implemented the mySTOCK® WMS system for warehouse management and myFABER® WES for controlling four myFABER® HaiPick A42T robots. We also added myFABER® Cubiscan® 325 devices for automatic measurement and weighing and smart Pick to Light racks to speed up handling. The myFABER® HaiPick A42T robots operate between racks with KLT boxes from BITO in an area of just 280 m². With this solution, we have doubled our storage capacity to 6,879 locations and increased handling efficiency to 181 boxes per hour. Real-time inventory tracking has improved inventory accuracy and sped up processes from receipt to shipment.

myFABER® 4D Shuttle as the best product

First place in the Best Logistics Product of 2024 category

This system represents a breakthrough in automated storage thanks to its ability to manipulate in four dimensions, which includes both vertical and horizontal movement. This makes it possible to achieve up to 30% higher storage density, and the entire system is adaptable and scalable. Furthermore, the system offers flexibility in the form of customizable pallet dimensions and sustainability in various storage environments, including colder temperatures down to -25°C.

Presentation of innovations in the Paskov showroom

We unveiled the new myFABER® 4D Shuttle technology on September 24, 2024, at our technology showroom in Paskov. More than 200 experts saw the system in action and appreciated its capabilities, including its ability to work with other technologies such as the myFABER® Stacker F4 pallet robot. This event demonstrated how our innovations are transforming logistics processes and how an ordinary warehouse can be turned into a functioning robotic ecosystem.
